Would be nice indeed.
It could also be nice if some will make a V8 Supercar

Re: This would be nice...

Nowadays my only personal hope is for a decent toy or die cast to make them by myself.

Re: This would be nice...

Your in Luck (sort of)
Revell make both a C7 Corvette & A Ford GT
However, the C7 is simplified & I think prepainted...?
The Ford GT is like the 2015 Mustang, a simple 12 piece snap kit for kits to make in 20mins & take away from shows....
Oh & both are street cars...

But hey maybe Revell will make a race version of both, but well prob be waiting till 2020....

Another option for the vette could be the Carrera C7R slot car kit. Yes, significantly more expensive than the Snap-On Revell kit because it includes the slot car stuff but the exterior race version body is already molded and ready.

Simil'R quit the business one year or so ago,
Tamiya...who ?

Fujimi and/or Aoshima : yeah, I think they are most likely to satisfy us

Re: This would be nice...

I thought I'd heard that there would be a full detail Ford GT on the way from Revell later in the year... and if they do well at Le Mans, I'm sure it'll get a pretty high priority!

bestest,
M.
