I get my stuff from mediamix hobby. He carries a ton of great stuffy by sakatsu, studio 27, renaissance and so on, and postage for small items is only around $1.
http://www.mediamixhobby.com.sg For RTV there's a place in sungei road that sells them in smal quantities. Be warned that even so the price is like $100 for 2 kg of resin, and the RTV silicone is even more expensive.

I would say that different places offers different stuffs.
IMO, Wong service is excellent. I got some of my kits from him before. Check out his site and see what he offers. You can try email him to clear your enquires if you have. He will gladly reply you www.mediamixhobby.com.sg But David shop aren't bad too. Rtune at Grandlink Square. David is the owner of Rtune and he too provide excellent service to custumers. You can always go down and see what he offers. There are Fujimi kits and tamiya kits, rims, decals, photoetach stuffs and so on. Pretty alot of stuffs to browse. If you have doubts, you can always approach him and he will be more than happy to clear your doubts. Even if so, you can engage a conversation with him too There are also many other hobbyshops in Singapore but so far.. I only recommand two of them only... seriously!

I just visited the Mediamix website. Seems like Singapore has model manufacturing locally? And the model is quite cheap compared to import kits.
Do they have a shop? But sadly, i don't have credit card.:o

Wong accepts bank transfers, you can mail him direct.
Are you talking about his decals?I believe he got Umiart to print some decals for him and released them under the mediamix name.
