Accord engine swap

I got a 94 Accord LX...been thinking about an engine swap since mine ist gaining more miles by the day. First of all, I'm not a racer and I dont plan on getting on the track. But I do need more power than my LX has. I was wondering if I should do a swap for a Vtec or a H22. But I would like to know what all is involved. I mean what all do I need? Computer, axles, engine, of course, what else?. How many G's should I look to spend?

well if your not a racer and dont plan to be the idea of spending all the money for an h22 is retarted, if i were you id just do a head from the ex model and maybe throw on an intake and exhuast.

You mean all I have to do is exhange the heads to get the Vtec? What about the ECU do I need that too?

oh yeah! Is it also true that if you swap from a SOHC to DOHC you need the axles from the DOHC?

yea you will need the axles from the dohc, as far as the head swap you will need the wiring harness and the ecu, nothing else should be of importance.
