I have a 99 hyndai if helps at all.

heres what im looking for.

1. Tinted windows
2. Custom gauges on the dash board (i want a rpm guage because i dont have one. is that even possible to install since it didn't come already?)
3. Lights on the dash like neon and stuff
4. Any way to make the engine faster? Im not talking about making it crazy just like maybe a better intake for air or something?

Mainly i want tinted windows and custom gauges.

How much would that run me?

and is any of that self doable or do you need to go to a garage?

The one thing that you really shouldn't attempt to do on your own in that list is the tint...odds are, if you try doing it yourself, it'll come out really crappy with air bubbles, etc. Have a shop do the tint...the rest is doable yourself if you have a little how to knowledge.
