Post What's your MPG??

Just wondering what you guys are getting MPG wise on your caravan. I have a 1995 Caravan and I'm currently getting 20mpg according to the LCD.

What size Tornado? The web site says KI-75 and i bought one for my 2003 3.3L and it does not fit. Maybe a KI-70 will.

Sorry so late. the ki-75 is what I bought. If you read the instructions there are 3 tabs you can bend to get a tight fit. If you're saying it's too small, then I'm not sure why.

I have found out the only good way to get a true measure of mpg is by dividing the gallons to fill your tank by the miles driven.

When filling my tank, I turn the trip meter to zero. I drive till it's time to fill up again and write down the miles I put on the van that's on my trip meter. I divide the gallons of gas I put in, by the miles driven and you'll get an accurate mpg. A cheap $5.00 calulator can do it for you.

For the record. I get around 16-18 in the city to 23-25 on the highway on my 2005 Dodge GC with a 3.8

On the new one, Chrysler is now recomending a 5W20 oil.

Our '94 Plymouth Grand Voyager, 3.0, 101K, averages 17-19 mpg. One tank ranges 325 miles to a high of 380 miles. When the tranny wants to run right.

1999 Chrysler and Dodge

My mother-in-law has a 3.3 Dodge and gets 12 in town 18 highway. I have a 3.8 and get 15 to 17 in town and 22 to 24 on highway. She is envious and wishes she chose the bigger engine...but the sales guy told her the smaller motor would save her money.
