What do you think?

Does this car have gears?
If so what ratio?
What type of tires, street or slicks?
What do you mean the cam works well with the heads?
Does it produce more power at mid RPM or High RPM?
Has there been any porting done?
How heavy are the rims?

There are a lot of unknowns here bigbob. I could tell you this car will run low 14's and have 285 HP. And my accuracy would be as good as trying to piss out of a sixth floor window into a dixie cup in high wind.

There is only one way to find out. Tell your friend to take it to the track and see.

Re: how fast

Assuming his cam would be the Trick Flow stage I cam, I would say maybe 325rwhp probably a 12 second car depending on weight and all the other driving alternatives at the track and its conditions.

Re: how fast

I am assuming the best in his engine combo with my previous statement. I may have totally overshot his capabilities.

Well its like I said, there are too many unknowns. This is why you should go to the track and find out what your combo will actually do. We can sit here and guess all day long.

i'm so sick of people coming on this forum and asking, 'how fast will my car go wiht these mods'. chist, just take the damn thing to the strip and find out! it ain't that hard! besides it's almost impossible to tell with any accuracy just from a little mods list!

Re: how fast

ok, im also trying to find a h/c/i combo that fits me best and this is the best way for me to find out how well the combo works...go to google and type something related to the the year your car and mods, sometimes if your lucky you can find people running the combo your looking at with some other bolt ons, and it will sometimes say how many horses they are packen along w/ their ET's...just give it a shot! its better than asking people that have never run your combo, how fast your car might be.
