The only thing I would say regarding the headers is that I've got 106K on mine right now, so it may not exactly be worth the time/money. Cat-back is less $$$ and work (I'm assuming the work part, but definitely less cake involved). Definitely contemplating the upgrade from stock tho.

My guys at my muffler shop actually told me to not increase the size of the stock piping. He said that on blazers he has gotten complaints that the interior noise is way to much. So he told me to stick with the stock pipes.

You have to understand, when we increase the pipe (i.e. a catback system) and a custom muffler, (flowmaster, etc) we are actually looking for the noise... As I said earlier though, if you're looking to have the noise outside and lessen it inside, simply lay down dynomat

2.25" is perfectly suitable for our trucks anyways.
