Exclamation Flowmaster Fit

Whats up guys? This is my first post to the forum, I'm a technician and hopefully someday I'll be a master certified mechanic. But not for a while, I just know the basics like changing oil, belts, brakes, I've done a few fuel pumps and alternators, helped with lots of heavy work, but thats about it. I don't know much about the exhaust system or welding. I appreciate any help given to me!. That being said...

I've got a 1991 Cadillac Sedan Deville 4.9L V8 that'd I'd like to put a flowmaster on. (Or Something similar) The only problem is flowmaster doesn't make a muffler specifically for my vehicle. I've seen someone use the 80 series on this car on youtube, and it makes sense how, but which series would be my best choice to replace my stock muffler? Theres lots of choices and its overwhelming. Which ones could I modify to fit correctly?

I went out and measured my stock muffler, its roughly 5" height, 23" length, 10" width, with a 2.5" inlet I THINK (its hard to measure when its hooked up but I'm pretty sure). It's mounted transversely behind the axle AND the gas tank, which made me think the 80 series might be good but it looks to me like others may fit?

I really want to turn the single pipe into a dual and get that big boat sound...Where do I find chrome piping to exit the new muffler in the exact turns and bends I need?

I think you basically have the idea of what i want to do, if you have any advice thanks ahead of time!
