Change speedometer from miles/h to kilometers/h

Anyone who knows hot to change the speedometer from miles per hour to kilometers per hour? The car is a 1991 Bentley. Do I need software to change the speedometer to kilometers per hour or do I need to change speedometer? Thanks!

Re: Change speedometer from miles/h to kilometers/h

I have to assume your car has a speedometer gauge that has readings for both. Is that correct? I'm assuming you do and this answer is geared toward that fact.

I assume that because your original question asks about software. But first I have to ask you some questions.

Where was the car sold originally? In other words what country? And why does it have to indicate KMH as opposed to MPH? In the United States (my country) the speedometers will indicate both. So where did the car come from originally?

The answers to those questions will determine my answer to you.
