2008 Impala 3.9l fuel tank roll over valve

Having trouble filling the gas tank. I have to pump gas very slowly and it seems to be getting worse with time.
I’ve checked the vent solenoid valve and verified the vent tube is clear to the tank. I’m guessing the roll over valve is stuck, is this a replaceable part or is it integral to the gas tank? Can it be diagnosed/replaced without dropping the tank?
Thanks

I'm not sure on the 2008 W-bodies, but on many other GM vehicles the anti-surge / anti-siphon arrangement is part of the filler neck, and that might be available separately from the tank.

Re: 2008 Impala 3.9l fuel tank roll over valve

I partially dropped the tank and completely removed the filler neck and associated hose/pipe. There is a roll over valve inside the fuel tank, I could feel it and operate it by sticking my finger inside of the fuel tank. I also confirmed there is a anti siphon screen inside the fuel filler neck assembly. I found that my EVAP vent valve piping was plugged with a significant amount of gravel road dust. Blew it out and problem solved.

Was that the vent tube routed alongside the filler neck?

The small vent tube along side the filler neck was clean. The larger vent that is connected to the EVAP charcoal canister and runs to the EVAP vent valve located in the fender well behind the driver rear wheel was plugged almost solid. I had blown out a portion of the vent valve tube the week before but it seems I missed the part that was really plugged.
