89 Suburban electrical issue.

I keep blowing ECM IGN 10 amp fuse when key turned to On. Engine cranks fine and disconnecting all engine sensors does not help. Tried removing all fuses and still get my test light to lite up across the ECM fuse contacts when key to On. Been all over wiring - nothing obvious?

You can also disconnect the wire harness at the injector pod, and check the connections to the EVAP purge solenoid, and the EGR solenoid.
