Dodge Neon R/T Rain Guards Fell Off
I was just wondering what to use to put it back on because obviously the guy who owned the car before me didn't do it right and it fell off.

G'day,
Are you referring to monsoon shields that go around the front side windows? They are usually held on with small clips and double sided tape.

I'm not familar with how they are attached on the Neon, but on most cars it's with double sided tape A panel beater, or panel beater supply store will have some very high strength, usually black, foam based double sided tape you can use. it's sometimes called body tape, or molding tape. There will also be one or two small clips that fit into door or window frame.
