Need help for car purchase
Okay, well here is the dilemma...
I drive a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, which I average between 15-17 mpg combined with highway and city. I live in San Diego and drive about 28 miles to work one way, almost all highway. I am looking for a car now, not an SUV, not solely because of gas mileage, but also because I really don't need an SUV in San Diego, whereas I did when I lived in the upper Midwest. I am looking for a new car to purchase and need some help on deciding between a few. All models between 2003-2006. I am looking at buying, not leasing, I am willing to pay no more than $400.00 a month, would like to stick between $270 to $370/month. I have already qualified for a loan at around 3%. I guess what I am looking for in a car is something 4 doors, good pickup, has some nice options such as sunroof/moon roof, leather is not required, and does not require prem gas. Which I think some of the vehicles I am looking at do. I am looking at the following: 1.) Audi A4 2.) Nissan Altima (probably the 3.5 vs. 2.5) 3.) Nissan Maxima 4.) Lexus IS300 5.) Acura TL Any help would be very much appreciated. Keep in mind that I know close to nothing about cars when giving me any help. Thanks! |

Re: Need help for car purchase
I have not had the chance to look at that vehicle, but I will do so today. And I am looking for more of a luxury car I guess, not a BMW or Mercedes, so far most people on other forums are saying to go for like the Altima or Maxima in the 3.5

Re: Need help for car purchase
love the Audi A4's...but they do require premium gas. if that's an issue, you can mark it off your list.
