Probably my last time snowboarding this season

Anyways, even though it like just snowed most of the resorts here are being gay and closing this weekend ... anyways, so I went today cause I didnt have school and its like $10 to go to boreal with college ID so I had some fun ... on with the pics

Starting to see some snow

Note to self, get new socks next season

90-91 SI with 99-00 powdercoated si rims, pretty tight

VW is doing an advertising campaign so they got 2 of these parked around the resort

they got these on all the lift poles too, the small text on the bottom is the cheesy jokes they try to make

Teh hill in teh background is donner ski ranch which is where I usually go

Some nature pics

Top of the 49er lift, telling me that the two best runs are closed

Peed my name into the snow

The steep run to the right of the lift I was able to go straight down and mash, very proud of myself

You can see teh parking lot way down there is pretty packed

Chevy sures knows how to advertise

This is what $5.25 gets you at the cafeteria, a slice of pizza that tasted worse than what I eat at sams club when I go to school, and some fries, overall not too bad of a lunch

These guys and this fine ass girl were wearing minimal clothing on the slopes

Some pics of my car at the resort

Clean ass integra that was up there, damn im supirised hes willing to risk chips in that beautiful color

Just cruising back

The reason hatches and crx's suck .. no cruise control, power windows, or some of the other amenities I enjoy in the lx (the green indicator is the cruise)

hwy 20 west, this is where you would go to chico straight from the mountains

Blue canyon, this is where all the news reporters always are when there is a storm

This is kinda funny, because some inexpirenced semi drivers dont use the gears and sometimes roast their brakes going down the hills, they have these runaway truck ramps that are just deep as gravel to stop the truck if the brakes should fail, the funny thing about this one is if the gravel doesnt stop you ...

The canyon behind it will!

Nice silverado with a flamed paint job

Damn friday sacramento traffic

At least I aint doin as bad as the eastbound traffic

So since all I was doing is sitting in traffic I stopped at jack in the box for some eats

The lovely and beautiful sacramento river

Gassin up my ride at the costco in vacaville

Damn, 12 eastbound is pretty locked up too

Since my parents are gone for the weekend I decided to properly represent what you do when you live in a shady neighborhood ... park on the lawn!

yes thats a silverado behind my car, yes I have the keys, no im not taking out out because there is no way I will be able to back it in there again as well as my dad did

anyways, there it is.

hey man, was the 80/50 junction all messed up ... I didnt even try dealing with it so I hit I-5 north to woodland and then took 113 West to Dixon and hopped back on I-80 there. It isnt worth doing if there isnt traffic, but when there is traffic its quite a timesaver. The traffic I took a pic of was over in roseville/loomis area.

Next season if you wanna go sometime im down, I go to donner ski ranch most of the time cause it s pretty cheap, and the people at boreal can be asses sometimes, and when the backside isnt open its kind of a shitty resort IMO.

Yea, gti knows how it is, you can only enter the costco pumps from one way, believe me ive done it going the other way and they got pissed and made me turn my car around before they would let me continue fueling. And that pump was open so I took it

as far as my car being cold, I had just left the resort, so it hadnt quite warmed up yet, but I wasnt pushing it very hard or anything, just cruising down the hill.

okay, first i was scuuuured. that pic gave me a bad image in my head of melt jumping around freeing his willy into the snow....

but then i started to laugh. i wonder how many people walked by and wondered why it didn't say "yellow melt"......i'm sure many were puzzled by the word "melt" in the snow when it's common knowledge that piss is warm....
