2005 Tahoe Paint Issues

My 2005, which we bought second hand and just paid off 3 months ago, has its paint peeling off on the drivers side. Its on the frony panel, the door, the real panel, and the top of the door. Its just exposing the primer. Any idea why it is doing this? No sign of rust at all! Was there some type of recall?

Doubt there was a recall. Mid 2000's was a bad time for GM quality control.

Only in one area, more than likely had some body work done.
