Hego Sensor

Can anyone please help.I've just had a new exhaust fitted on my vectra
and that's when my problem started. The engine management light came on and after checking the code I came up with the codes 0135 then 0130 which relates to the HEGO (heated exhaust gas oxygen) Sensor.
Could it be that the exhaust is faulty or poorly fitted or is it due to another problem? In addition the car now overheats after i've been driving for about 1 hour.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards, tellboy.
