Well I have the thing running full boost on the turbo but still in limp mode no fly by wire. But spoke to a mate (RAC) and he has come across this with Merc's he recon's that main fault is brake light switch? It seems that they are linked into the ECU and a failure can put the car into limp mode. Also he looked it up on the RAC lap top and there is a way to reset with out going to a dealer will find out more tomorrow.

I cary a spare DI cartridge with me as it can fail without warning, otherwise these are fantastic cars, also very safe. Have a look at group 9 performace (www.group9performace.com) (i think) or www.swedishdynamics.com for tuning parts, aslo www.saabnet.com is a great referance.
