Lets just say, if you had a '90 300zx non-turbo...
...Where would you go to replace your calipers? Anyone know of a cheap(er) place to get 26mm calipers? I know they're gonna be more expensive cause they only had them for that year but for clearance issues, and lack of enough money to upgrade wheels and tires, Im going with the 26mm.
Thanks in advance.

Do NOT go to the dealership, they're a bunch of hacks... correct me if I'm wrong, but you're not going to be replacing your own calipers??? It's not too bad of a job, and you'd save yourself a decent amount of money in doing so as well. As for where to buy them, I'm not exactly sure, but there's a links section at the top of the section with links to places that prolly sell em'. If not, try courtesyparts.com

Rocker I believe he's looking for a parts source not a mechanic.
Anyway, probably the best place to get Z parts is the classified section on TT.net: http://twinturbo.net/net/viewforum.a...rum=classified Failing at that try z1motorsports.com. They are a big Z shop and usually have a dozen parts cars plus misc inventory at any given time. And actually to my knowledge the 26MM calipers are a bit larger than the 30MM iron calipers because the 26's were aluminum. Here is some good comparison pictures: http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm

you should be able to pick them up cheap. Z32 owners with those calipers usually try to upgrade to the 30mm caliper for Bigger Brakes package options.

I haven't dealt with Courtesy Nissan in a couple years, but Douglass Nissan here in College Station gives a pretty nice discount on internet orders. They have something like a catalog tree available, but having your part number handy really helps. Although I've been ordering for my 89 Z31, their prices have been lower on Nissan parts than most other places I've seen.
