Need Advice before going to dealership

I have a 08 Eclipse Spyder GT. Long story short my only key I have is locked in the trunk of my car. I was able to get into the interior of the car but of course the alarm is now active and I can't unlock the trunk. I have read on other forums that there is a way to jump the actuator to the lock from a wire in the kick panel but don't want to unless I have to and I don't have details on how to do that anyway. Anyone have any ideas? Dealer is telling me they need the car there, which means a tow to the dealer plus $140 for a new key and another $100 to program.

If you can get into the interior, can't you just fold the back seats down, climb into the trunk with a flashlight and get your key?
Also if you were to trigger the alarm in the process of retrieving the key wouldn't you be able to deactivate the alarm when you get the key?
