Re: Recap of 'Rest of the World' F1 Fleet

Another "Duh!" moment for me this evening when I said:

"They also had the white F1 out of the ZAZ collection, chassis #053. I'd be fairly upset if this turned out to be that car, but each owner is of course free to do what they wish with their F1."

We saw #053 on a shipping palette inside an airplane headed for the Middle East last year. Forgot about that for a moment. In fact the pics and details might even be in this very thread.

#029 Was sold recently, where did that land up?

The colour base in the pics is odd, due to the lighting, so it could be any one of sixty four

Re: Recap of 'Rest of the World' F1 Fleet

I am not sure on where #029 landed yet. Given its funky original color it surely may have been a candidate for a respray for its new owner and is certainly a possiblity for this car. I've rounded up names of a few potential owners and asked someone on FChat who has been posting pics of exotics in Macau to pay the F1 and Enzo a visit, and try to get the chassis number. No reply as of yet on that request.

On a totally unrelated note, there is now another silver F1 in South Africa besides #037. More details on exactly which car should be made public soon, I believe.

Re: Recap of 'Rest of the World' F1 Fleet

I didn't ask for that, but given the placement of the chassis plate on an Enzo, if the door is open it would be quite a bit easier to get than an F1 if you can not get close to the car. When/if he replies I'll add that to the request.

They're only about 18 months late in reporting on that.

Re: Recap of 'Rest of the World' F1 Fleet

Part of me likes your theory a lot Le Man, the other part is still a little wishy-washy for now. Here's another shot - perhaps the best example of the paint color we've seen so far.

Given the placement on the stand and the glass barriers, it is going to be quite tough for anyone to get their eyes on the chassis plate.

According to all the data I have, yes that should be #20R in that shot driven by Raphanel & Gounon. In the same race, #28R was driven by Lees & Olofsson and wore race number 3.

Nope to the second question - sorry.
