Cool How to raise a lowered FTO??

I have a 1995 FTO which has been lowered by a coilover apex but the problem is that it is too low and scratches everything it goes through, even one small bump.I would like to ask anyone who can help to teach me how to raise it a little bit so that i can drive it smoothly..Please help...Thank you

if the car is lowered using coilover suspension raising the height s pretty simple, just get yourself a coilover C spanner from any good auto shop and then jack the car up and use the spanner to turn the 2 rings at the bottom of the springs
