2001 driver door panel removal

Can someone send me a link for step by step instructions to remove the drivers side door panel on a 2001 4 door alero? Also to remove the window regulator.

Re: 2001 driver door panel removal

Have you tried your local library for a manual?

Otherwise, you can go to your local GM dealer, and have them print out the procedure for you....they don't have manuals, everything is on computer for this year.....just pay a nominal fee for the paper....

FYI, if your window is cocking at an angle going down, chances are it's not the regulator......there are plastic retainers that attach the window to the regulator....they are known to break......remove door trim.....remove the window(2-10mm nuts).......then with a heat gun and putty knife, you remove the retainer from the window....the new retainer is glued on....
