Car without a connected center console

Hey all,
I'm looking for a new car soon. I'm a large man. 6'5" with most of my height in my legs. As such, no car has ever had the seat that goes back far enough for my legs to be straight. My knees splay out. in pre 2000's car, this was mostly fine, there was nothing in the way. now a days, manufactures INSIST on having the center consoles connect to the dashboard, right where my knee needs to be. This makes driving modern cars extremely uncomfortable. My current car is an 08 buick lucern. It doesn't have a connecting console. Not sure what the feature is called, but looks like the "console" is able to flip up to kind of be another seat. Maybe a jump seat? looks like the 2011 is the last time the lucern had this feature. I also have a 06 suburban, but i ripped out the stupid console it came with and put in my own that has knee room. it took way longer then i wanted to build and i still can't get rid of the squeaks.

So here is my question. Is there any modern(last 10 years) cars(not truck, i already have a suburban) any one knows of that does not have a connecting center console? doesn't need to be a "bench" seat. bucket seats that have nothing in the way of the floor in front of the console just like pre 2000s cars. I'm assuming it's not a thing any more and i just have to rip out the console of any car i get but worth an ask.

Cool Re: Car without a connected center console

Even a ‘64 Buick with buckets?

Seriously though in some recent cars, especially those with panoramic moonroofs or no roof at all(convertibles), that full-length type of console actually hides additional structural bracing to stiffen up a convertible or panoramic roof car.

You might want to go back in time as I suggested, plenty of mid-60s GM A/B bodies available, with bucket seat no center anything, or a bench

Cars - none I can think of. I'm 6-4 and fit in Acura MDX/Honda PassportPilot. Jeep Wrangler too.

I'm with you though, nothing has the open front floor area any more. Used to be a great spot to extend one leg.
