anyone know why my front tires is maken a noise

i have a 2003 galant es 4cyl and when i drive down the road the front
right tire starts to make a whissling noise and i mean im just driven down the road and thats the only side it does it on

when i turn left the front left and right tire make a popping noise and sometimes when i slow down they both start sqeaking

aslo when i drive my radio has turned it self off and when i turn it back on it has reset its self .

whats goin on with my car

ive got my brakes checked out but they say there fine so what could it be
