Question Please Help!!

I have been having problems with my brakes for 2 yrs now always used the same garage for any repairs needed, the car has been back to the garage always to do with the brakes, till up to now I have ended up taking it to another garage has I had no choice because the brakes were just to bad to pass another mot by the same garage who could not fix the brake problem. The new garage i took it to had my car for 3 days figuring out just where the problem was they said it was very dangerous and should not be on the road. They found the problem the brake pipes had been incorrectly fitted to my landcruiser, they carries out the work and put right what my old garage was paid to do 2 yrs previous because they said they needed to be replaced because they were all corroded. So i trused them and paid them to do the work which cost me just under £300 and then the same garage passed the mot, what can I do can anybody help
they shouldnt be able to get away with this or can they..the garage that fixed my car said they would back me all the way..
