97 escort sucking in air
Put in a new fuel pump back in November. Every since then, when the gas gets just below 1/2 a tank, if I make a right turn fast or a sharp right curve, it will seem like it is gonna stall so it almost cuts off but just for a second then goes back to normal speed. It's like the pump is sucking in an air bubble. It only does this when it gets below 1/2, and only when going to the right. Not sure how to fix it, if there is a fix. It's annoying cause it's almost like that point is my new empty, like I have to go get more gas or deal with it til it gets closer to empty. Not sure if it gets worse the closer you get to empty cayse a 1/4 of a tank is as low as we let it get. Not sure how to fix it or if there is a fix. Ideas?

Sounds like the short little hose that connects to the pump and the hangar assembly has a hole in it.
