SVT Lightning. . . has anyone heard of a swap to a manunal tranny?

Has anyone ever done, or heard of a way to swap the stock automatic transmission to a 5 spd?

have done it

if a auto is replace with a standard the rear end can be changed too or if you leave it- the gears are different ratio so you will get more speed but a little less power- but of course with the standard you get that power back and then some. plus you need to adjust your speedometer after wards.

You also get a stick that's two foot long. Look and the Dodge RT10.

The 2006 model lightning will have a 6speed manual, swapping the current lightning would be useless.
