3D printing rear end?

Hi

I am working on a two beautiful Airtrax Ferrari 500 Superfast and 330 2+2 resin kits, I'm looking to see if anyone knows of a 3D print of an appropriate rear end/axle.

The kits are great but need some elements from a fujimi 250 gto, I have wire wheels but need a solution for rear suspension and diff.

Regards

Dave N

Re: 3D printing rear end?

Came up with a solution using Bluestuff to mould the rear end from a Ferrari 250GT SWB.

Re: 3D printing rear end?

Isn't the REVELL 250 GTO also working for this? And maybe more easy to get. Just wondering.

Re: 3D printing rear end?

Vinc, you may be right but I have a 250 SWB kit so I've tried casting the rear end & suspension with Milliput, after a couple of goes it looks okay.
