MUSIC, what do you listen to?

so i haven't seen a thread on this yet what kind of music does every one like rap, metal, rock, blues ect. feel free to name artists, bands, ect

i'm into punk, metal, blues, classic rock
a few of my favorite bands are The Used, Bullet For My Valentine, The Frantic, Lynard Skynard, SRV, Jimi Hendrix, Mudvayne, Killswitch Engage, Sex Pistols, Rancid, The Ramons, Bad Religion, Anthrax, Flogging Molly, and The Doors

I mostly listen to country, but listen to classic rock and metal as well.

I listen to pretty much anything, but mostly classic rock, some newer rock, even classical and jazz. One thing that I don't listen to is rap (unless it's Kid Rock, Will Smith or a very select few).

Just remember: You can't spell crap with RAP.

Also, I play bass in a local rock band and we're primarily a classic rock cover band.

Anything but Rap,gives me headaches.There is one problem with Rap,not enough letters moving the R over and putting a C in it's place called Crap.

METAL!! But really, I like almost everything. I don't like too much rap, but i love MF Doom, Outkast, Deltron, Ludacris, and some Kanye... even though Kanye's a fucking joke. I like country even less, but its not to say I don't like it. Other than that, gimme some Classic Rock, Alternative, Punk, Jamband, and most recently, been getting more into hardcore. I don't like hardcore much as far as heavy music goes, but i've been liking it more and more.

I play guitar, not that great, but I do. I'm part of a shitty band that never practices called Team Blue where we cover emo ass songs from the likes of Brand New but great songs like "In Too Deep" from Sum 41. I love Sum 41.

dude, no one asked you to voice your opinion on what music you don't like. you should try to keep these threads positive because comments like that piss people off (like myself) and turn civil threads into flame fests. if you're not going to contribute, stay out of it. not to mention that was the corniest shit i've ever heard.


that being said, i like all kinds of music, i try to stay open minded. i like 30 seconds to mars, Egypt Central, Bullet for my valentine, Alice in chains, sound garden, Nirvana, Sublime, Citizen Cope, etc. i'm also a big fan of hip hop. i love Tupac and Biggie, Nas, Big L, AZ, Fabolous, Lupe Fiasco, EPMD, Onyx, Luda, Bun B, Scarface. all sorts of shit.

I listen to many different kinds of music. Some of my favorite bands are Alter Bridge, Submersed, Creed and Yellowcard. A few rap artists that I listen to are 50 Cent, Eminem and Dr. Dre.
