Montana driving
I might be relocating to Western Montana and I am wondering if a first generation stick shift Insight is a good vehicle to buy. I figure it will be great to have to cover those long distances without using a lot of fuel. It looks like every horsepower has to motivate about 27 Lbs (the Insight's curbweight), but I am used to underpowered vehicles so that is not much of a concern. My concerns are how does the Insight handle rough roads, dirt roads, snow, and are there any reliability aspects I should be worried about? One more thing, do Insights have cruise control and if not, can it be installed?
