1998 Chevy Tahoe 5.7L crank no start

SO...
I have a 98 Chevy Tahoe that cranks but won't start, UNLESS I use jumper cables. Then it starts within 45 seconds of jump. After it starts, it runs just fine. Also, after running for even 5 min, I can turn it off, and start it again. All day. In the morning, crank no start again.

My friend and I have checked battery, starter, alternator, spark, and fuel, which are all good. The fuel pump was just changed in July.

I'm guessing, just for somewhere to go next is, to change cap and rotor?

Thank you for any and all replies.

Where are you connecting the jumper cables?

Instead of guessing, perform some diagnostics.

My suggestion is to connect and monitor fuel pressure when attempting to start, then comparing that to pressure while connected to a jumper.
