How To- making concrete/cement surfaces
Simply put....
Find a suitable surface, in this case I used the bottom of the display case for my big Porsche. Lightly sand for better paint adhesion.Scribe in seams and cracks. Spray on a coat of white or yellow wherever you want lines. Mask the line. Mix up a suitable color, I used a mix of flat white, flat black, with a little dark brown, and spray. Peel off your line mask. Now, drip thined down Tamiya smoke or thin flat black, (I prefer the smoke) all over to simulate oil stains.Lay a wash over the seams and cracks. With pastel chalks, add skid marks and streaks. Spray with dullcoat and VOILA!!! |

The Porsche is only about 90% complete at the moment. I will post when it is done.

Geat tip. Finally one that doesn't break the bank. It will look great for a parking lot scene.
