03 hayabusa blew fuse or relay?

I recently bought a new tailight system and in the process of installing it i accidently touched 2 wires and heard a clicking noise and my ignition shut off and heard a clicking sound, all fuses have been checked and there ok, could it be my relay or the rear light resistor box? all opinions would be appreciated. thanks
