Electrical problem on 95 eclipse non turbo
I'm having my windshield wipers turn on when I turn the car on and the cooling fan aswell. Some of the relays on the fuse box keep on clickIng and I'm not getting power to my engine wiring harness. The car won't crank at all . The alternator shorted out but I replaced the fuse .my headlights don't turn on nor do my signal lights...need help

Sounds like you have a lot of stuff going on here. I would start out with the basics, clean the battery terminals and all the grounds, make sure the battery actually has a charge on it.

I would check all the wire looms both inside and in the engine bay for melting or anything open and torn apart. A loom can melt, exposing the wires and then melting those together or to other metal parts.
