Not Fast.
Its not that fast. But it will pull 10,000 to 20,000lbs up the mountain at any speed you want or dare.......You see, it has a real engine a "Cummins". And will still pull 13s in the quarter.

I was just wondering if any of you other Ram owners have had any problems with you engine pinging a little under WOT? It seems like I have read somehting about it in another forum, but can't quite remember. I will probably take it to the dealer while it is still under warranty, and have the check the air/fuel mixture and the timing. Any other ideas?

yea... I've got a friend that has a Dakota R/T and his pings occasionally when they're on WOT, I have personally never had that problem.
but then again, I have a 3.9 & 5.2, and they'res is the 5.9, so engine size may have a bit to do with it, I've heard that the old Hemi's had that problem, and it was caused by the valve seats softening, and clanking against the piston. Hopefully you can find out, and nothing is going wrong.......

Boogyman, your truck kicks ass. I haven't seen too many of the green SST's. I thought about putting the racing stripes on mine, but I didn't want to do it without being able to get my hands on the SST rims, and finding a set of those has been impossible.

Thanks Blacksnake! I got the Green because I hardly ever see them. It was tough, because I really like the red's too.
