LPE has the nicest setup, but it is pretty expensive. I guess the money is used for something.

i agree with blackbird...something about that 427 twin-turbo...ah...or was it like the 700-something horses? i don't remember...but anyhow, i'm almost tempted to just sit back with the 427 and keep the car totally n/a...sure, it's not what everyone would do, but, 500hp and totally naturally aspirated...that's a mean car no matter how you look at it, and it's "REAL" power. damn power-adders...lol...almost turn myself a hypocrite on that one, but, by choice, with enough money, every car i owned would be n/a...just...funding to make 400-500-600-and so on marks, is a little impractical when you can just strap on a power adder at fractions of the cost

I've got to agree with Blackbird! The LPE 427TT is one wicked machine.
I saw one for sale in the DuPont registry for $165,000. Must be nice to have that kind of money lying around for a toy. C'mon Lotto! |

Those cars are awesome. I don't know if you guys would count this, but I tend to be partial to the old Baldwin Motion vettes of the 1970 vintage. At the time they were about as good as it got. And it would still be cool to have one.:smoker:

I would get Steven Sanders, MTI built, N/A 434cid (7.1L) C5R motor, and cram it in the Callaway C12 Vette. He's looking to run 8's the season.
