Re: is it just me....

I've done that. Except, here in northern Kenfucky, we drive up and down this one shopping center...that's pretty much the only place like that to drive...and that's pretty pathetic.

When I lived in West Palm, there were 2 REALLY cool places to do that. 1) Clematis St. Also known as Clitorus St, Chlimidia St, etc. Lots of shops and restaurants and what not right on the water in down town West Palm. Cool place. 2) City Place. Also known as Shitty Place. More or less the same as Clitorus St, but MUCH more ritzy. Lots of expensive ass shops (Bananna Republic and the like...you get the picture) and REALLY good (but equally expensive) restaurants. I was driving through Shitty Place, as many people did, one time in my old 2+2 and decided to chirp the tires while leaving a stop sign right in the middle of the place...major crossroads...entire place crawling with security...good idea, huh? My foot slips off the clutch at full throttle and I end up white smoking on the slick stones they used to make the road there. oops...

Re: is it just me....

O God I love where I live... AWESOME Beach town, hot chics, insane hardcore scene, great clubs, good roads at the beach, and downtown for racing, and an amazing drift scene downtown... I take part in most of those things, haha.

That's awesome. Where is this? Maybe I'll take a road trip after I get my car together the way I want it...

Re: is it just me....

Why dont you just buy a megaphone and yell at people with it. Like those people that are really serious about bicycling. Like the lance amrstong type of people. Just pull of next to them and yell at them with the megaphone and watch them flip out. The fly away. I want a megaphone so bad but they cost 100 bucks at radio shaq.

LOL.....I don't know what's funnier...your post in general or the fact that you spelled the Shack in "Radio Shack" like Shaq.

Yet your screen name is "broke as ****"...we can all assume that the "****" isn't supposed to mean "bill" gates...

Still though...I couldn't live on $150/wk. What do you do for work, man?

Not that you guys care but I got a job as a drafter, doing the computer drawings and layouts for a small cabinet company. Not a bad gig, don't have to deal with too many customers (we do upperend 500k-1.5mil homes, alot of our customers are rich pricks) or anwer too many phones. The biggest upside is that I never went to college for the job (I did like 2 years of engineering in high school, mostly to play Quake and download music) and so I don't have any big tuition bills, although the army (I'm a reservist) would have paid for just about all of it. Most people in my position got atleast a 2 year degree.

And I am usually strapped for cash, 3500 for jsut the turbos then 375 a piece 555cc injectors will do that. That and there is some other....stuff...that has to be paid....rent and car payments...I guess I do have plenty of monthly bills....I'm just in denial...anyway...
