M3 SMG question
Does anyone know what the price difference is between the standard 6 speed manual and the SMG transmission is? Think the SMG is a worth the extra $$?

Re: M3 SMG question
On all the searches I've done on Autotrader, I've noticed that the only real defining factor is miliage and year model, never really any difference in two models of same year/miles between the trannies. Not sure about the dealership, the one I work at as zero E46 M3s. Not even on the pre owned lot *shrug*. Having driven both, I'd rather go with the SMG set up, but thats just me.

Re: M3 SMG question
I drove both the manual and the smg. I went with the smg due to its flexibility. wife drives the cars some times so don't want to trash the tranny.
My two cents |
