I have no idea about the GTs, but I know the JDM WRX if driven correctly is a little faster than the New Zealand Intgra Type-R (RSX), but were talking 100ths of a second, important at the drag strip, but meaningless on the road.
Out of those two simple chosse the car you like the most for your own reasons.
However the USDM WRX has less hp than the JDM version, while the RSX has as much hp as the New Zealand Integra Type-R (200hp) and uses the same suspension and brake set up.
I think you will find that in stock form it will be faster.
But of course the WRX has something the RSX dosnt, a Turbo, and winding up the boost on a WRX, and replacing the stock exhaust will lead to some very easy and noticable power gains.

But then you might enjoy driving the RSX more, and not be bothered by it being a little slower in a straight line, becasue if driven correctly its easily a match for the WRX in the corners.

(if by GTs you mean the Celica? then its deffintly an also ran to the RSX and WRX, unless of course you happen to enjoy driving it over the other two, then its becomes the better car.)

My 2 cents...

I would dismiss the RSX and the Celica GTS based on the fact that they are both FWD and NA. I would rather have an AWD car w/a turbo b/c that would mean I would have grip in all conditions and w/turbo tunability and the ability to make larger power gains w/bolt ons...is important to me now. So when I look for my next car...I would consider that...

Btw...my next WILL be a R32 GTR. Hehehe

wrx. here are the numbers

WRX: 0-60 5.5 seconds. 1/4 mile in 14.1 seconds

RSX: 0-60 6.6 seconds. 1/4 mile in 15.3 seconds

celica GT-S: depending on which year. but the 02 are the slowest. they have the lowest rev limit. instead of near 8000 redline. it cuts off fuel at the middle of 7000. sooo that would cost fractions of seconds.

GT-S: 0-60 7 seconds. 1/4 mile in 15.3 seconds.

as you can see. even a 02 nissan maxima can beat these cars on the straight. along with the 02 nissan altima 3.5 SE. most of these front wheel drives can't even hit a 15 flat on the quarter. the nissans can hit 14's. and their family cars. hmmmmmmmmmmm

WRX for sure. FWD's have no place in the high-performance world. And while the WRX doesn't have much power till 3000rpm, if you are below 3000rpm, are you even looking for power???!!! Plus, the WRX is much faster in a straight line, and, with new tires, is amazing through the twisties also. With the addition of rain/sand/snow/mud, the WRX becomes even more fun. Oh, how I want one

well from what i've read the only reason why the rex's got no top end is becuase of its restrictive intake. with that and a boost controller the problem is fixed.

True - like most turbo cars, open up the intake and the exhaust and you'll get more high end power without losing your torque.

How often do you have the chance to go over 130mph anyway??? Its all about the acceleration and handling.
