Question Big Block Chevy Interchange

I have a 1992 Gmc Topkick with a 427b throttle body injected. It has a rod that decided to exit via the oil pan . I aquired an older (early 80's) 366 out of a school bus. I am wondering if I can use the 427 intake on the older 366. Any help would be appriciated.
