other then being RHD. I'm pretty sure the Civics are exactly the same, other then the SiR. Hatch, with the V-Tech. i'm sure someone could clear this up is that but I''m pretty sure that the Civic Coupe is a U.S. only vehicle. I know that you can get a Hatch and Sedan in Japan, but not the Coupe.

as for Acura. Acura is U.S. only, no Acura in Japan, I'm pretty sure the 2001+ RSX/Integra are the same. but the 95-2000 Intergra's have different front ends. but same engines.

The U.S Accord is completly different then the Japanese version. in fact. The U.S. Honda Accord has more American made parts in it then any other car sold in the U.S. I heard it about 98% American made parts.

Gasman, I'm not sure about body styles and that, but I know the engines ar a little different, they are tuned for a higher octane gas, Higher compression ratios, Exhaust, less emissions. Minor stuff..

Re: Honda/Acura - American vs. Euro vs. Japan

As far as I know, body styles is more or less the same. Coupe only available in US. SiR from my home country is a sedan. Tuning is also somewhat different. US is detuned because of emission issues. Yes, Acura is also in the US only. If you also notice, the Acura TSX is the Euro Accord.

Its only minor differences in the car. But its still a Honda.
