Why do you think that refraining from driving your vehicle more than 80km/hr ( approx. 55 MPH ) for some undetermined amount of time will do any damage to your vehicle ? In modern vehicles ( most having overdrive transmissions ) , the engine RPM difference between 55 MPH and 65 MPH isn't really that big a deal . As long as car is properly maintained and driven responsibly , there should not be any damage ! Hopefully , I am understanding your question and not ranting on about the wrong thing ? Just my $0.02 !

tnx , but i mean that maybe these strong cars with their strong engines should somtimes be driven faster to use their potential
m asking these because im living in a small island that speed limit in 90% of roads is 60 km/h and i hav heard that these cars will face some problems after sometimes and they should be driven fast somewhere
i want to know if its baad , what will be the exact problems !!

It sounds like your concern, or at least the comments you've heard, are related to the possibility of a build up of carbon.

An engine is an engine. I say that because they all respond to the same basic physics. Running an engine "hard" will wear it out faster regardless of how its designed. Just because its built for power doesn't mean it will suffer from not using that power to its full potential.

You don't need to use an engine's full potential to keep it healthy. Just drive it and don't worry about it.

Drive it, SERVICE it, and don't makes lots of short trips, and then don't worry about it.
