2005 Tribute MPG
Hi all I have a 2005 Tribute with a V6 and automatic four wheel drive. On average combined city and highway I am getting about 12 MPG. I have replaced spark plugs, oxygen sensors, air and fuel filters. I have been doing a lot of research on this and I found someone that had a similar issue on their Ford Taurus with the same 3 liter Duratec engine and they replaced the fuel pressure sensor. So before I drop more money on a part does this sound like a possibility?

Re: 2005 Tribute MPG
Ok well it's been a long time since I have been on here but I have since. Changed a bad wheel bearing, mass airflow sensor, fuel filter, found that the parking brake was stuck in the back and after all of this I did a more acurate mileage reading and found that the gas mileage is 10.77 mpg. You would think that after all that there would be some difference but there isn't.
