Steering problems 2004 pt cruiser

Been having problems with steering on a 2004 pt cruiser.

Problems occur most noticeably when shifting gears; the car pulls to the left when the clutch is pressed in, and pulls the the right when accelerating. It also seems to worms around when going over irregularities in the road.

These parts have been replaced already;

New brakes
Watts linkage
Lca bushings
Front stabilizer kits
Alignment

Any ideas on what the problem is would be appreciated.
