1.6Ltr I-4 to 2.5 KL-ZE
I was just wondering if this is possible and how much it would probably cost.

yes it's possible but cost a lot ...i know a guy that made it for 4000 cad$ but it's considered illegal changing the number of cylinder on a car...a v6 to v6 is ok but not 4 to 6...if you don't care go for it but if i were you i would just buy a bpt instead of swapping for a bigger 6

Thanks for the help. There's this guy with an Acura Integra who thinks I can't make my car faster than his. If I can get the right engine in the front I will probably beable to smoke him. I was thing about put and RX-7 in the front but I decided I don't have the money or the time. So I started looking at other alternatives.

Re: 1.6Ltr I-4 to 2.5 KL-ZE
I'm in front of type r's right now...
My friend has a '92...???...I think. It was a fairly close race, but it was clear that I won. but then, I have the 1.8L v6. So, even with mild mods to your current 4 cyl, you can probably beat him!

you can be in front of an acura type R (180-190hp) with your stock engine...I'm ahead of one not by close...i can't imagine with a stock 1.8

Yeah...It's my friend's. I think it's a '92. I've never looked under the hood...so I guess he could be bs'ing me...but he says its a type R. I took him out on the freeway...It wasn't easy, but it was clear I won. From a stop it was closer, but It was still clear I won.
