Rear Anti-Sway Bar rules!
So last Sunday I was planning to do my rear struts and install the Anti-Sway bar. Well some broken bolts later and 3 days in the shop and a new LCA I got the car back today and went to work. The mechanic who is a friend of our familes, and obviously not familiar with Hondas put my Strut in backwards (I broke the nut off so maybe he didn't know what way to put it in). So anyway I got my car back and went home. I reversed the strut in a couple minutes, no big deal. And then I went back and Torqued all my bolts down to spec as I am a bitch about that stuff. So then with all the mounts in place I took off my muffler and mounted up the Anti-Sway Bar. It probably took me like half an hour to an hour to do that. So after putting the muffler back on and then the wheels I dropped the car down. I put all my tools away then went for a test drive. My god this thing kicks ass. It's like the back of your car is no longer a seperate part, but the whole car moves together with a turn of the wheel. I took it down all the backroads and it's so sweet. I highly recommend this, but if I were you I'd build up and reinforce the suspension with Strut Bars and a Tie Bar as it can put a lot of stress on your car. My kit is a Suspension Techniques Rear Anti-Sway bar by the way...

Stock sway bars a nothing compared to larger after-market.Neuspeed Front & Rear 22mm sway bars, lower tie bar, front/rear strut bars. springs, shocks, camber kit. its all about handling. I replaced my rear lower control arms when doing the tie bar. the bolts were seized, $58.00 each brand new OE parts

Hey hey, I'm getting my Suspension Techniques sway bars installed next week (and the exhaust, and the header.. and the.. oh wait, that's it for now)! Still looking for a rear control arm...
I cannot tell you what a difference new springs make too. My Prokits are great, not much of a drop, but defintely notice a difference in handling.... |

im also a suspension nut. ive got a full suspension swap from a CRX Si, (disc brakes, sway bar, you know) energy suspension trailing arm bushings, the complete 'master' set from energy suspensions (with rear upper control arm and compensator arm bushings coming soon from prothane, since energy suspension doesnt make those) tokico blues, ground control coilovers, neuspeed lower tie bar, and neuspeed front strut bar. all that is needed now is a camber kit, neuspeed rear strut bar, and a really good seatbelt. its fun out manuvering vettes and whatnot with my STD hatch. oh yeah, i forgot to mention my b16 and recaro seats, they help
