Re: Ferrari F430 GT Krohn Racing
Thanks for your interest!!
DerXL, you are right, that section of the stripe is a little wider. I had to use a lot of MicroSol in that section, and the decal solvent "expanded" the decal a little. I left it like that because I don´t want to ruin the decal and I don´t have any replacements, but I can live with that. Before I glue the body details, I took some photos of the interior and engine with the body in place. After I put the windows in place, the visibility of those details will not be very good. |

Re: Ferrari F430 GT Krohn Racing
Thank you for your kind comments!
Well, at long last...the model is DONE!! I added the body details, glued the windows, rear view mirrors and rear wing in place and the Ferrari is complete! In closing, I must say the Studio 27 kit is not very good and it needs a lot of work to correct the errors in the design, but with effort and enthusiasm it is possible to do a model that makes justice to the real car. If you want to see more pictures of the model, I created a thread in the COMPLETED PROJECTS forum. Here´s the link: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...98#post6907798 Thanks to everyone for your interest and support! |
