Directional tyres install question: front-wheel drive VW
Newbie here. Hello folks. A quick query about same-size directional tyres. I have an oldish 2000s VW Golf.
On the outer sidewall of my two studded winter tyres, there's the forward-rotation mark, and the other two tyres show a backwards-rotation mark. Do I install both forward-rotation marked tyres on the front axle, and the backwards-rotation marked tyres on the rear axle? Please help. A bit confused here. Re: Directional tyres on FWD
The directional arrows need to point to the front of the car. Sounds like yours on the back need to be swapped.
