No I don't think anyone dispises you, that would be pretty harsh. Just live and learn, tell the truth and people will respect you for it. Good luck getting the liscense and finding an MKIV, it will be easy to get a great condition N/A for that price.

Re: Sorry

You will definetly not get an R34 GTR Skyline for that much, not even four times that much, atleast not a legal one. Stick with looking for cars here in the US, also if you just want a car because it was in the movie you need to rethink the reasons for getting it again. Get the car because you love to drive it, you love the way it looks, everything about the car, not because it's popular among others.

Re: Sorry

Oh my god I have come a long way from when I posted all this! Yah, it is I, arpus. Haha. I couldnt remember the email adress or password for that account so I had to register a new one.

I turned 16 last month. Trying to get liscense still. Dont know what to do with all this drivers ed stuff. Directions didnt say exactly what to do.

As far as a MKIV goes, I guess I was sorta dreaming. Haha. Not this year at lease. I am now working two jobs and getting fair pay. I am working on buying a MK2 with no engine so I can find an engine to put in it that might be a bit more on the performance than the original engine.

My friends have Trans Ams and stuff, and Im hoping I can conjure something up from a MK2 or something besides a Civic that I can take them on with.

Well, must be going now, Peace.

(By The Way, I cant believe I ever typed like that.)

Re: Sorry

If your from CA, they're are so many MKII's with engines in great shape getting sold off for around $800.00. I hear they're pretty easy to fit a 7M into if you wanna go that way with one.

Re: Sorry

two jobs already at the age of 16? hey, relax and be a teenager there's no need for two jobs, is there? just wondering, anyways, have fun while you're still young man, life is short bro. You might find the N/A mk4 supras for that much, but the twin turbos usually run around $30k, good luck man

Re: Sorry

Thanks...
Yah. Im working Dairy Queen by week, building fences by weekends.
I am just really desperate for a car right now. I am tired of bumming
a ride whenever I wanna go somewhere. And to school every day.
(I go to school 9 miles out of town.)

Thanks though.

Re: Sorry

I can't believe I missed these posts, better late than never. Good to hear from you again, and good to hear your on the right track too. If you can hold down two jobs then I say stick with it, you will be that much closer to your goal. More than a few people have had MKIV's as their first car and if you keep saving you can do it.
