Front end vibration and sound at around 45mph

I have a 2003 Mazda mpv that recently started to get a vibration along with a sort of whining noise that sounds like I have aggressive mud terrain tires, which I do not. I had the tires balanced and aligned and problem is still there. I lifted the front end and got the speed up to 45mph and I could feel the vibration and hear the noise. I no nothing about front wheel drive but it sounds almost like a differential when your ring and pinion gear are wearing out. Please help! Thank You.

Check your tranny and differential fluid levels.
